- Take full ownership of the web development platform
- Administer web and database servers on AWS
- Provision cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code
- Support the transition to a Kubernetes-based platform
- Modernize and mature existing web services
- Manage automated build and deployment pipelines
- Integrate services with the organization’s observability platform
- Patch systems according to IT security standards
- Configure application-level routing and SSL/TLS settings
- Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses
- Maintain backup and disaster-recovery strategies
- Plan and execute load and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers to improve service reliability
- Create clear documentation and share technical knowledge
