You will play a vital role in scaling a high-impact hiring platform by managing cloud infrastructure and automating CI/CD pipelines to ensure a secure, resilient, and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• •3–5 years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
• •Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Terramate
• •Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• •Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• •Knowledge of networking, Linux, and system design
• •Experience in security, reliability, or compliance improvements
• •Strong troubleshooting skills and incident composure
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and automation passion
• •Experience with Helm or Kubernetes tooling
• •Exposure to DevSecOps, scanning, or secrets management
• •Familiarity with SOC2/ISO27001 audits or security automation
• •Experience in high-availability SaaS environments
• •Knowledge of SQL databases or distributed systems

Tasks

• •Operate and maintain Google Cloud infrastructure
