DevOps Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the reliability of a high-impact hiring platform by automating cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with developers to design resilient, scalable services.

Requirements

• •3–5 years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
• •Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Terramate
• •Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• •Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• •Good knowledge of networking, Linux systems, and system design
• •Experience contributing to security, reliability, or compliance improvements
• •Strong troubleshooting skills and composure during live incidents
• •Excellent communication skills and collaborative ability
• •Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and passion for automation
• •Experience with Helm or other Kubernetes tooling
• •Exposure to DevSecOps practices, scanning, or secrets management
• •Familiarity with SOC2/ISO27001 audits or security automation
• •Experience working in high-availability SaaS environments
• •Knowledge of SQL databases or distributed systems concepts

Tasks

• •Operate and improve Google Cloud infrastructure
• •Maintain and scale Kubernetes clusters
• •Build IaC using Terraform and Terramate
• •Automate and enhance CI/CD pipelines
• •Improve Prometheus and Grafana observability
• •Resolve issues through proactive alerting
• •Participate in incident response and troubleshooting
• •Conduct post-mortems for platform resilience
• •Automate ISO27001 security and compliance
• •Drive operational excellence through documentation
• •Design scalable services with backend teams
• •Identify and resolve system bottlenecks
