Requirements

  • Pragmatic problem-solving with focus on reliability, quality, security, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production
  • Experience operating databases and cloud-native services
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  • Strong automation mindset and zero-downtime approach
  • Curiosity and motivation to understand AI operational behavior
  • Fluent English

Tasks

  • Operate platform infrastructure services reliably
  • Drive automation in operational workflows
  • Support internal application migration to Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to enhance Kubernetes environments
  • Manage core technologies including Qdrant, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Dify, Langfuse, Kubeblocks, and Cnpg.io Postgres Operator
  • Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational observability
  • Enable development teams to design and operate production-grade Kubernetes services
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence

  • Master's degree
