- Integrate AI/ML services with Kubernetes-native operators
- Develop systems for automated incident remediation
- Tackle telemetry correlation across logs, metrics, and traces
- Conduct automated root cause analysis
- Build knowledge graph systems for runbook automation
- Ensure core functionality during infrastructure failures and network partitions
- Contribute to open-source projects and publicly visible work
- Influence design and implementation of autonomous operations platform
- Support mission to maximize automated resolution rates
- Minimize manual operational effort at enterprise scale
