- Work with suppliers to enhance product performance, fit, and profitability
- Analyze designs for manufacturability and material properties
- Ensure products meet desired function, cosmetics, and market appeal
- Engineer products to meet cost targets
- Secure initial FOB cost quotes and follow-up price adjustments
- Test materials, processes, prototypes, and development samples
- Ensure adherence to adidas’s quality standards
- Update the system with accurate, complete, and timely data
- Achieve specific KPIs for assigned products
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends in footwear and engineering
