- Ensure ongoing data integrity
- Consult with internal teams on technical requirements
- Collaborate with customers to define technical needs
- Monitor and support datacenter application operations
- Ensure security compliance and support PCI audits
- Partner with Professional Services teams
- Participate in customer meetings as a technical expert
