- •Understanding of Quality Standards including GMP, GCP and GDP
- •Knowledge of Sage 200 or similar enterprise management systems
- •IT literacy in standard packages (MS Office)
- •Good written and communication skills in English and German

- •Verify Clinical Trial shipments post-pick for accuracy
- •Check configuration of temperature-controlled shipments

- •Oversee quality of dispatch labeling
- •Conduct spot checks of warehouse logbooks for accuracy
- •Provide cross-functional support to QC inspectors
- •Assist QA in investigating customer complaints and deviations
