- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams

- Champion user research and rapid experimentation
- Validate AI behaviors and system confidence
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision
- Mentor designers and managers to grow their craft
- Lead and grow a team of 11 product designers
- Foster a design-led and AI-native organizational mindset
