- Strong communication and self-reflection skills
- Sociable, positive, and creative personality
- Interest in modern, forward-looking educational concepts and enjoyment in their development
- Willingness for agile collaboration in flat hierarchies
Tasks
- Support the principal and form a leadership team.
- Temporarily assume leadership in the director's absence.
- Work with children and the team.
- Participate in daily classroom life.

- Model respectful interactions with children, parents, and team members.
- Collaborate with management teams on conceptual and structural matters.
