- Build trusted relationships with brokers and clients
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Actuarial teams
- Provide claims insights for pricing and portfolio strategy
- Ensure claims reporting and critical metric controls
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation
- Implement digitalisation and process optimisation
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks
- Represent Claims in the DACH leadership team
- Align with Markel’s wider organization
- Shape and drive the regional Claims strategy
- Leverage digital tools and data insights
- Enhance efficiency, consistency, and service quality
