- Collect assumptions for demand review
- Perform analysis against AC, PM, and PY
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on demand review
- Monitor demand planning performance
- Analyze demand planning performance
- Perform root cause analysis for demand issues
- Govern root cause analysis processes
- Develop action plans from root causes
- Develop advanced analytics, dashboard, and reporting standards
- Support the demand review process
- Ensure consistent demand planning inputs and assumptions
- Ensure consistent demand planning outputs
- Ensure adherence to process timelines and milestones
- Support planners in improving ways of working and processes
- Train demand planners on tools and processes
- Coach demand planners on best practices
- Support and participate in deploying new forecasting technologies
- Support and participate in deploying new ways of working
- Act as a change agent in the planning organization
