Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Procurement, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain processes
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience in B2B manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical, or related environment with complex multi-SKU portfolios
- Familiarity with ERP or planning systems
- Strong stakeholder-management capability
- Ability to interpret data quickly and spot inconsistencies or unrealistic forecasts
- High organization and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in developing processes environment
Tasks
- Create reliable demand plans
- Consolidate historical data, sales input, and market signals
- Align with Sales for forecast sign-off and discussions
- Plan replenishment for high-runner and volatile components
- Challenge and adjust incoming forecasts
- Determine order triggers and manage large-volume purchases
- Monitor forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, and inventory levels
- Provide regular reporting and insights
- Improve planning tools and SOPs
