- Hand off demand changes for monthly S&OP cycle
- Address meaningful demand evolutions in production planning
- Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Support gap closure activities to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
- Identify demand patterns and adjust forecasts
- Present regular reports on forecast development and risk
- Identify and implement process improvements in demand planning
