- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Tasks
- Design secure, scalable architecture
- Align people, processes, and technology
- Establish trusted advisor relationships
- Leverage Databricks ecosystem of experts
- Work with customer technical teams on use cases
- Address technical challenges and blockers
- Provide guidance and best practices
- Lead post-sales technical account strategy
- Execute technical account execution plans
- Serve as internal point of contact for production status
- Leverage Shared Services and Support resources
- Escalate tasks beyond your expertise
- Create and execute acceleration plans for use cases
- Coordinate with Professional Services on proposals
- Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams
- Present new product innovations to customers
- Report KPIs on customer health and use case progression
- Identify and communicate risks and blockers
- Monitor product adoption and use case progress
