- Maintain the platform intake process for all customer teams
- Log and triage requests consistently and timely
- Communicate request status updates to customer teams
- Keep intake data organized for prioritization decisions
- Maintain a current dependency map
- Identify and escalate risks and blockers early
- Communicate downstream impact of platform delays
- Publish weekly status updates to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary contact for coordination questions
- Maintain Confluence documentation for platform processes
- Keep Confluence content current on an ongoing basis
- Partner with Product Owner on roadmap delivery schedules
- Surface schedule changes, slippage, and capacity constraints
- Monitor development team progress
- Communicate timeline updates to Product Owner
- Ensure roadmap updates are reflected across Confluence and communications
