Requirements
- Higher education professional or equivalent
- Working understanding of deferred compensation programmes
- Knowledge of financial, accounting, tax, legal, compliance, reporting rules
- Knowledge of share plan administration systems
- Knowledge of payroll administration around share plans
- Knowledge of European/global banking regulations
- Excellent planning, organisational, execution skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills

Tasks
- Lead global ESPP design, launch, and rollout
- Collaborate with project lead and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Test critical components and processes
- Develop operational procedures and training materials
- Monitor and reconcile monthly employee contributions
- Coordinate share purchases and transfers
- Manage participant records and changes
- Serve as first-point of contact for employees
- Monitor participation trends and prepare analytics
- Recommend enhancements to drive engagement
- Execute deferred compensation lifecycle activities
- Support annual regulatory reporting
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Handle ad hoc projects and requests
