Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification, 5yrs experience on Concorde or Rutherford Deco/Printer, or comparable qualification
• Training qualification to minimum Train The Trainer
• Knowledge of Can making process and subject expertise
• Ability to transfer process knowledge to others
• Capability in equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Competent computer skills for data analysis
• English communication skills (minimum communicative level)
• Preferred: Experience with line launches or rebuilds
• Ownership mindset and continuous improvement focus
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Attention to detail and adherence to specifications
• Effective communication across all departments
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Can manufacturing
• Knowledge of Problem Solving techniques and Lean
