Tasks

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Manage internal workflow for each deal in progress
  • Provide guidance on deal structuring and pricing
  • Determine relevant contracting vehicles and nonstandard order terms
  • Construct and prepare customer-ready quotes and proposals
  • Ensure compliance with Revenue strategy and corporate governance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to expedite deal processing
  • Respond to inquiries related to quotes, orders, and contracts
  • Perform data entry and updates in internal systems
  • Maintain customer files and records in internal systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and processes
  • Attend Sales QBRs and Forecast calls
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required

Education

  • High school diploma
