Description

In this role, you will lead the development of data strategies in oncology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring a team, integrating diverse data sources, and influencing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• •Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Life Sciences, Epidemiology, or related field
• •12+ years of experience in data strategy, clinical development, or evidence generation
• •3+ years of experience leading teams in matrixed or functional settings
• •Deep understanding of clinical development lifecycle and TA-specific data applications
• •Familiarity with FAIR principles and enterprise data governance
• •Use of RWD/RWE in regulatory submissions
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and independent thinking
• •Agility to make sound decisions in broader business strategy
• •Skilled communicator with ability to explain complex technical concepts
• •Cultural respect to influence partners in a global workplace

Tasks

• •Develop disease area data strategies and analytics plans
• •Act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to cross-functional teams
