Requirements

  • •Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance
  • •Master’s Degree and 3+ years or Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • •Proven experience in database administration, design, and management
  • •Experience managing enterprise-level databases in high-availability and mission-critical environments
  • •Proficiency in database management systems (DBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • •Experience with database design, normalization, and optimization
  • •Strong skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) and database scripting
  • •Master’s degree preferred or 10+ years of Data Science work
  • •Experience working with ISR data
  • •Familiarity with military intelligence processes and terminology
  • •Knowledge of the African Theater and associated geopolitical challenges
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • •Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • •Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
  • •Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • •Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques
  • •Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • •Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
  • •Experience with geospatial data analysis tools such as ArcGIS and QGIS
  • •Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
