- Estimate causal impact
- Develop measurement strategies like MMM and Multi-Touch Attribution
- Develop zero-to-one data products in unexplored domains
- Create initial data structures for data products
- Deploy production-ready data products
- Partner with engineering to refine the stack and system architecture
- Establish 'gold standard' documentation
