Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in data protection, compliance or similar
- Strong interest in data protection, compliance, regulatory topics
- Practical experience in data protection law (GDPR) or regulatory compliance
- Practical experience in cybersecurity, IT or digital regulation (NIS2, CRA)
- Structured, diligent working style and enjoyment of international, matrix environment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Team oriented, independent and communicative personality
- Excellent verbal and written English, German language skills beneficial
Tasks
- Advise on privacy and data protection matters
- Support the German Data Protection Officer
- Support the Global Data Privacy, AI and Data Compliance team
- Maintain the Record of Processing Activities
- Develop the Record of Processing Activities
- Ensure quality of the Record of Processing Activities
- Support handling of Data Subject Rights Requests
- Collaborate with the Service Desk on DSRs
- Improve processes for DSRs
- Contribute to Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Draft data protection-related agreements
- Review data protection-related agreements
- Support data protection-related agreements
- Support the data breach response process
- Support regulatory topics on cybersecurity
- Support regulatory topics on digital regulation
- Support assessment of new regulatory requirements
- Support implementation of new regulatory requirements
- Support internal projects in regulatory compliance
- Support strategic initiatives in regulatory compliance
- Deliver privacy and compliance trainings
- Develop privacy and compliance guidance materials
- Support internal awareness initiatives
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – is a plus
