Requirements
- Strong Python skills for backend systems, data pipelines
- Solid database and data modelling understanding (SQL)
- Interest in designing scalable data systems
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Focus on clean, maintainable code
- Familiarity with Flask or Django frameworks
- Experience building user-facing tools (Streamlit, Dash)
- Understanding of containerization or cloud environments (Docker, AWS)
- Ability to work on evolving systems
- Balancing maintenance and new development
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Attention to code quality and best practices
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in international environments
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Design and build modern, scalable data infrastructure
- Maintain and improve existing tools and applications
- Redesign and migrate current workflows to new system
- Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services
- Contribute to database and system architecture design
- Design internal user interfaces
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes
- Ensure system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions
