- Establish and maintain data governance standards
- Define data ownership and perform quality checks
- Implement and enhance a centralized dashboard
- Provide visibility across Operations, Service, and R&D
- Prepare regular reporting and progress updates for leadership
- Translate raw data into actionable KPI insights
- Monitor complaint trends, work orders, and non-quality costs
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes
- Identify trend patterns and early warning indicators
- Contribute to predictive and proactive analytics initiatives
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure follow-up actions are owned and executed
- Support internal and external lifecycle benchmarking
- Capture best practices and uncover improvement opportunities
- Define mandatory data sources for the program
- Identify opportunities for AI-supported analysis
- Collaborate with Operations, Service, R&D, and Quality teams
- Improve data capture practices to reduce manual handling
- Strengthen transparency and data-driven decision-making
