Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, HR Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years experience as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant
- Exposure to HR, People Analytics, or workforce data environments
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud
- Strong understanding of data modeling
- Semantic layer optimization in people analytics context
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Hands-on experience with PowerBi
- Proven capability handling large datasets for HR analysis and reporting
Tasks
- Design and develop advanced data models in Tabular and Databricks
- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness
- Develop and oversee sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards
- Surface key HR and people KPIs (e.g., hiring, attrition, engagement, performance)
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Business Leaders
- Align analytics with strategic workforce and organizational objectives
- Conduct in-depth people and operational data analysis
- Identify trends (e.g., attrition drivers, hiring funnel performance)
- Track deviations and provide actionable recommendations
- Transform complex people data into compelling narratives
- Enhance decision-making processes across the organization
