Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, HR Analytics, or related field
  • 4+ years experience as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant
  • Exposure to HR, People Analytics, or workforce data environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data modeling
  • Semantic layer optimization in people analytics context
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with SQL
  • Hands-on experience with PowerBi
  • Proven capability handling large datasets for HR analysis and reporting
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with Jira

Tasks

  • Shape data-driven decision-making in HR
  • Build scalable data models for workforce insights
  • Design advanced data models for HR analytics
  • Develop Power BI Cloud dashboards for HR KPIs
  • Implement real-time workforce dynamics dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders on strategic objectives
  • Conduct in-depth people and operational data analysis
  • Identify trends in attrition and hiring performance
  • Track deviations in HR metrics
  • Provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Transform complex data into compelling narratives
  • Enhance decision-making processes across the organization
