Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or comparable field
  • 2-5 years as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power BI, and Excel
  • Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL
  • Experience with JSON and TMDL is a plus
  • Experience building and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work with imperfect data
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Fluent, business-level English
  • German is a plus

Tasks

  • Deliver insightful reports and analyses
  • Provide data-driven insights across business functions
  • Work hands-on with existing systems and data
  • Design and build dashboards and reports
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for Management, Finance, Sales, and Operations
  • Ensure clear KPI definitions
  • Maintain consistent reporting logic
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses
  • Derive actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Extract data from multiple systems
  • Combine data from ERP, CRM, HR, and Excel
  • Clean and structure data
  • Identify data inconsistencies
  • Develop pragmatic solutions to improve data quality
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders
  • Translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Identify quick wins for reporting efficiency
  • Improve data processes
  • Document data sources
  • Document KPI definitions
  • Document reporting structures
