- Create performance dashboards with key metrics for review
- Deploy statistical techniques for deep dives and analysis
- Generate actionable insights and communicate recommendations
- Act as an internal consultant for improvement missions
- Lead data-driven root cause analysis for improvement goals
- Translate customer satisfaction expectations into operational targets
