- •Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data & Automation or similar
- •Experience in Python, including data manipulation and analysis libraries
- •Familiarity with database systems and SQL
- •Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms
- •Ability to visualize and communicate data and analyses
- •Strong Process Mindset - E2E ‘Order to invoice’ process understanding
- •Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven troubleshooting
- •Proactive networking and stakeholder relationship building
- •Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in complex environments
- •Experience in multifunctional and multicultural organizations
- •Good communication skills in English

Tasks
- •Manage and structure data sources related to On-Time Delivery
- •Develop data products following Satair's development processes
- •Create performance dashboards with key metrics for review
- •Deploy statistical techniques for deep dives and analysis
- •Generate actionable insights and communicate recommendations
- •Act as an internal consultant for improvement missions
- •Lead data-driven root cause analysis for improvement goals
- •Translate customer satisfaction expectations into operational targets
