Requirements

  • Relevant completed degree programme of up to 4 years in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or comparable degree
  • Relevant completed degree programme of more than 4 years with corresponding extensive subject-specific additional qualification
  • Fundamental knowledge and experience in listed tasks
  • Deep understanding of major security and risk management frameworks
  • Understanding of security technologies, controls, and best practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Proven experience leading risk assessment projects and security initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements across industries and experience with GRC platforms
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to advise customers and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Cultural sensitivity for working with international teams
  • German and English: negotiation level mandatory
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad

Tasks

  • Perform risk and business impact analysis on embedded, industrial, IT, and Cloud systems
  • Quantify financial cyber risks and analyze catastrophic scenarios
  • Define and monitor functional and technical mitigation plans
  • Conduct methodological and technical monitoring
  • Utilize data analytics and mathematical modeling
  • Plan and lead small consulting projects
  • Participate significantly in medium to large consulting projects
  • Apply consulting methods independently and document results
  • Present findings internally and externally
  • Design and deliver training and awareness sessions for customers
  • Improve existing processes and tools
  • Advise customers on potential further support opportunities
  • Collaborate on preparing offers and company presentations
  • Take on functional and project-related tasks in projects
  • Prepare required documentation and present work results
