- •Degree in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- •Additional certifications in cybersecurity and networking
- •Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- •Hands-on experience with security products
- •Practical experience with networking equipment
- •Familiarity with SOC
- •Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems
- •Strong teamwork and resilience under pressure
- •Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
- •Willingness to work intensively and travel
- •High self-learning ability and initiative

- •Conduct cybersecurity surveys and assessments
- •Implement regulatory requirements, including NIST
- •Initiate and manage cybersecurity projects and work plans
- •Integrate new technologies in networking and cybersecurity
- •Enhance security levels in operational and security networks
- •Collaborate closely with IT and ICS teams across plants
- •Interact with regulatory bodies as needed
