- 3-7 years Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Project Management in SaaS/tech
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex solutions (APIs, integrations, enterprise systems preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging technical and business audiences
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS environments
Tasks
- Support solution design during pre-sales
- Facilitate technical discussions with customers
- Collaborate with Sales on value positioning
- Lead customer onboarding and deployment projects
- Ensure timely and scoped project delivery
- Manage customer accounts post-implementation
- Drive solution adoption and customer retention
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities
- Translate customer needs into project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and risks
- Proactively resolve issues for smooth delivery
