- Basic programming skills using Java, C, or C++
- Basic knowledge of cryptography

Tasks
- Ensure an excellent customer experience in collaboration with customers and partners
- Support customers and partners in problem-solving to achieve high satisfaction
- Continuously improve support quality and infrastructure
- Act as a knowledgeable partner in support cases
- Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support cases
- Simulate customer problems in the TestLab and implement testing programs for L3 support
- Manage root cause analysis for RMA cases
- Maintain and enhance the support infrastructure, including the knowledge base and support portal
- Collaborate with global support colleagues and other internal and external teams
