Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar
- •5+ years' experience in Controlling, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Project Management, or similar
- •Experience in leading, supervising, and directing teams
- •Outstanding change management skills and experience, including stakeholder management
- •Experience in use of ERP platforms (SAP experience an advantage but not essential), Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
- •Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English

- •Lead the CC&OO Inventory Team across Northern Europe
- •Mentor and develop staff to meet performance expectations
- •Ensure adherence to Customer Care processes and targets
- •Execute inventory management KPIs, including inventory targets and expiry
- •Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce aged inventory
- •Report and monitor inventory levels and goals in the region
- •Drive continuous improvement in inventory management
- •Collaborate with Operating Units, Supply Chain Planning, and Marketing Teams
- •Lead initiatives for Field Inventory Optimization
- •Implement policies and procedures to enhance inventory management
- •Support inventory visibility systems and tools like Power BI and MMX
- •Plan training sessions for internal stakeholders on inventory tools
- •Develop and implement long-term inventory strategies and networks
- •Improve consignment management and field cycle count accountability
- •Complete special assignments and projects in the inventory area
