- •Good Excel skills
- •Fluency in English, German, French, or Spanish
- •Experience of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred
- •Kaufmännische Ausbildung or Industrial Clerk

Tasks
- •Manage end-to-end orders from placement to delivery
- •Utilize CRM and ERP systems for order processing
- •Monitor customer requirements throughout the fulfillment process
- •Advise customers and sales teams regarding delivery delays
- •Identify opportunities for value-added services
- •Lead periodic performance reviews with customers and internal teams
- •Share customer information and forecasts with relevant departments
- •Manage finished goods levels and aged inventory proactively
- •Process customer complaints and provide prompt feedback
- •Initiate the return of goods when necessary
- •Coordinate and monitor the progress of rush shipments
- •Request credit and debit notes with the finance team
- •Support the resolution of disputed invoices
- •Develop deep knowledge of service agreements and contracts
- •Resolve complex problems using your own initiative
- •Identify and implement improvements to service workflows
