Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
- Several years professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain, ideally industrial/automotive
- Proven leadership experience and strong coaching mindset
- Excellent understanding of Order-to-Cash and logistics processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
- Very good SAP (SD/LO) and MS Office skills
- Fluent English and German skills
- Willingness to apply even if not meeting all requirements
Tasks
- Lead the Customer Service organization
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, customer-centric Order-to-Cash process
- Drive operational excellence
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Continuously improve service quality and efficiency
- Serve as a key interface between customers, logistics, finance, and internal stakeholders
- Lead, develop, and coach the team
- Set and implement service strategy
- Drive continuous optimization of service quality and internal processes
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order management
- Exercise escalation authority
- Ensure high-level customer communication
- Align customer communication with corporate standards
- Define and manage the overall service portfolio
- Consolidate system and tool requirements
- Coordinate team-wide projects
- Ensure alignment of priorities
