- •Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced SQL skills
- •Experience connecting survey data, behavioral analytics and business KPIs
- •Experience designing and operationalizing KPI frameworks or steering logics
- •Strong hypothesis-driven mindset with experience in driver or impact analysis
- •Ability to translate complex analytical relationships into business narratives
- •Hands-on data work across multiple systems and team collaboration
- •Strategic thinker with focus on measurable business impact
- •Excellent English and solid German skills for stakeholder alignment
- •Bonus: Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
