Customer Inspection Representative Junior(m/w/x)
Customer representation at aircraft final assembly line presentations and inspections. EASA Part-66 B1 license required. 28 vacation days, flexible working time account.
Requirements
- EASA Part-66 B1 license or equivalent
- A320 FAM qualification desirable
- Experience in military base maintenance as inspector advantageous
- Experience as aircraft production inspector advantageous
- Technological knowledge in aviation (airframe, aerodynamics, engines, systems, avionics)
- Knowledge of aviation environment (security, flight safety, quality)
- Intercultural competence and customer focus
- Good organizational skills
- Teamwork and cooperative working style
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Airbus World, TLB, QLB) advantageous
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to identify, report, and ensure correction of nonconformities
- Experience in creating reports
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and stress management
- Fluent English skills
Tasks
- Represent and support the customer at FAL presentations and inspections
- Participate in FAL coordination meetings with Airbus as the customer representative
- Coordinate with the Airbus customer manager and FAL customer manager
- Monitor QLBs, concessions, and deviations
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented or documented during presentations
- Create timely and accurate inspection reports under the supervision of the customer inspection representative
- Attend presentations according to customer requirements
- Assist the customer inspection representative during acceptance and delivery phases
