Requirements

  • •Engineering background (CS degree, coding bootcamp, or business informatics)
  • •Enjoyment of working with customers
  • •Good software engineering foundation
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • •Experience building AI agents and understanding prompt engineering and evals
  • •Understanding of web applications and APIs
  • •Desire to work 9–5

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact for key account customers
  • •Design, build, and optimize AI agents for real customer conversations
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
  • •Collaborate with engineering to implement quick fixes
  • •Enhance documentation and guides for customer self-service
  • •Surface customer insights to identify missing features
  • •Collaborate with product teams to improve tools
  • •Prototype improvements and create internal workflows
  • •Build integrations with third-party systems
