Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sport Management, or similar field
- 4+ years experience in top-tier performance agency, high-growth D2C brand, or marketing consultancy
- Builder DNA: built complex, technical marketing campaigns from scratch
- Knowledge of GTM, tracking scripts, and API integrations
- Quant-Driven: degree in quantitative field (STEM, Economics, Business)
- Belief in measurability for B2C marketing
- Master Communicators: explain complex technical concepts simply
- Solution-First: build bridges to fix funnel drops
- Experience in Sports & Entertainment industry strongly preferred
Tasks
- Serve as the primary marketing subject matter expert for the platform
- Support sales and post-sales teams with marketing expertise
- Answer client marketing questions
- Empower clients to succeed on the platform
- Help enterprise organizers translate their vision into the platform ecosystem
- Provide high-level technical guidance for marketing stack integration
- Bridge the gap between client goals and the platform API
- Assist with conceptual setup of advanced tracking and attribution
- Design and launch scalable marketing advisory programs
- Combine creative consulting ideas with best practices
- Teach customers to maximize ROI and ticket conversions
- Create internal and external assets for marketing tactics
- Develop playbooks, templates, and automated workflows
- Act as the voice of the marketer for the product team
- Ensure features and API remain current with global marketing trends
