- Define tax servicing and client delivery standards
- Partner with Regions, Operations, and Corporate Tax
- Execute the tax strategy with Technology and Operations
- Follow market, industry, and client trends
- Develop Citi’s products and solutions platforms
- Manage client and competitor market research
- Develop the product innovation roadmap
- Enhance client services for tax-related issues
- Support key clients on tax matters
- Develop a market advocacy program for tax services
- Participate in industry initiatives on tax services
- Act as a tax technical expert on German tax law
- Liaise with tax advisors as needed
- Identify and remediate tax risks
- Prepare responses to tax authorities' inquiries
- Lead tax platform modernization
- Focus on MikaDiv system developments
- Solution tax systems for strategic Custody projects
- Contribute to tax solutioning for tax authorities' data demand
- Analyze transactions for tax compliance
- Monitor transactions for EU FASTER data requirements
- Partner with global shared services for centralized tax services
- Support FATCA processing
- Define and prioritize the annual technology book of work
- Manage the technology book of work with Regions, Operations, and Technology
