Requirements
- •Head-Chef, Sous Chef, or Development Chef experience
- •Bachelor's degree in Culinology, Food Science, or Culinary Nutrition
- •3 to 5 years of experience in food industry
- •Solid understanding of food processes and ingredient interactions
- •Experience in industrial manufacturing or ingredient manufacturers
- •Experience in creative food concept development
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Fluency in English and preferably German
- •Keen attention to safety and hygiene standards
- •Passion for Culinology and food technology
- •Ability to create differentiated value for customers
- •Innovative thinking and idea fostering
- •Drive for results and personal ownership
- •Self-motivation and openness to new ideas
- •Excellent listening and communication skills

- •Identify new customer opportunities for functional ingredients
- •Promote value-added ingredient solutions
- •Conduct recipe formulation and evaluation
- •Advance projects through pilot plant processing
- •Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- •Engage with Research Chefs, Culinary Scientists, and Product Developers
- •Showcase innovative texturizing solutions
- •Demonstrate value propositions for nutritional products
- •Conduct formulation and evaluation in the Culinology Center
- •Focus on Bakery, Snacks & Confectionary projects
- •Communicate through phone, meetings, presentations, and trade shows
- •Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- •Follow Good Manufacturing Practice and safety guidelines
