Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, service or related field
  • Salesforce administration or development certification
  • Proven Salesforce CRM management and implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of medical technology service processes
  • Project management certification (PMI -ACP / PMP / Prince 2 / PSM II, etc.) advantageous
  • Practical experience with PM tools (JIRA / MS Project)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data cleaning, data manipulation)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent planning and strategic skills
  • Organized and meticulous work style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training/workshops
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environment

Tasks

  • Support Salesforce CRM implementation workstreams
  • Align service processes with CRM functionalities
  • Provide service process expertise to HQ Service department
  • Translate service business requirements into project deliverables
  • Collect, define, and write user stories
  • Assist service teams during CRM transition and post-implementation
  • Consult on Salesforce CRM implementation success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine service process flow
  • Refine CRM functionalities with stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver (re)training concepts for country teams
  • Provide consulting services for service process compliance
  • Monitor service process execution quality
  • Lead training sessions and workshops post-hyper care
  • Incorporate implementation learnings into ongoing activities
  • Analyze country feedback for process improvement opportunities
  • Analyze implementation phase data for process improvement
  • Integrate Salesforce capabilities into medical service offerings
  • Align medical service offerings with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with global HQ on demand and service requirements
  • Ensure country organizations meet service requirements
  • Gather insights from country organizations on Salesforce effectiveness
  • Drive Salesforce implementation effectiveness across regions
  • Stay updated on Salesforce CRM best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends for innovation
  • Drive innovation to enhance patient care
