CRM Business Admin: Lead-to-Cash(m/w/x)
Optimizing end-to-end revenue generation workflows for transportation logistics software at a software company, using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics administration and hands-on CRM workflow implementation experience required. Exposure to advanced algorithmic route planning systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics administration, sales/rev ops, business systems, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience implementing CRM workflows and governance
- Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable system designs
- Experience supporting pricing/discount frameworks in CRM
- Experience with other tool implementation (HubSpot, PandaDoc, etc)
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and SaaS revenue workflows
- Ability to gather requirements and implement them in CRM using best practices experience in Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written + verbal)
- Structured problem-solving, process mapping, and systems thinking
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
Tasks
- Lead the strategy and execution of CRM processes
- Enhance CRM workflows across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into CRM implementations
- Design and implement CRM processes in Microsoft Dynamics
- Develop standardized workflows for revenue teams
- Create user stories and system configurations for CRM
- Implement price lists, product catalogs, and discount structures
- Support the implementation of discounting and commercial rules
- Identify and propose optimizations for CRM workflows
- Create and maintain CRM process documentation
- Manage a backlog of CRM enhancements based on business impact
