Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in CRM, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
  • •Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • •Proven experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • •Strong understanding of AI-driven workflows and data enrichment
  • •Practical experience with Clay and AI-based enrichment workflows
  • •Technical confidence working with APIs, webhooks, and data structures
  • •Structured, analytical mindset with a strong bias toward automation and scalability
  • •Fluency in both German and English
  • •Experience in B2B SaaS, Education, or other high-growth environments
  • •Experience with BI tools or data modeling
  • •Familiarity with AI agents or copilots
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-pipeline CRM setups

Tasks

  • •Own and develop HubSpot CRM architecture
  • •Ensure high data quality and scalability
  • •Design clear lifecycle stages and lead models
  • •Build and optimize advanced automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier
  • •Select the best automation tool for each use case
  • •Design and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks
  • •Monitor and improve existing automations
  • •Implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs
  • •Enrich leads and accounts with Clay and enrichment tools
  • •Score and prioritize opportunities
  • •Reduce manual research and operational overhead
  • •Apply AI for classification and decision support
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • •Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • •Document systems for team efficiency
