- Monitor regulatory changes
- Translate regulations into compliance improvements
- Drive compliance initiatives
- Support compliance risk analysis
- Build global compliance network
- Collaborate with Compliance Central Team
- Design compliance case management system
- Operate confidential case management
- Assess and prioritize incoming reports
- Assign reports to investigators
- Oversee investigations
- Evaluate investigation outcomes
- Strengthen whistleblowing system awareness
- Train on whistleblowing system
- Prepare case statistics
- Conduct trend analyses
- Report to management
- Enforce measures for violations
- Lead Compliance Case Management team
- Coordinate global stakeholders
