Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Payroll Administration, or comparable qualification
- Solid experience in payroll processing and German labor law
- Familiarity with international maritime regulations (MLC, STCW)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Calculate and process payroll for seafarers
- Prepare and distribute payslips
- Handle wage-related matters
- Generate employment contracts and confirmations
- Create testimonials for seafarers
- Monitor and process travel expenses
- Handle additional crew-related costs
- Liaise with insurance providers
- Interact with German and international authorities
- Prepare payroll reports and statistics
- Generate payroll data for budgeting
- Support review and updating of wage scales
- Conduct benchmarking activities
- Ensure compliance with German labor law
- Adhere to social security regulations
- Comply with international maritime frameworks
- Assist crewing department with administrative tasks
- Coordinate crew-related activities
- Contribute to payroll process improvement
- Enhance internal procedures
