Requirements

• •Ten years senior security experience
• •Expertise in classified information protection
• •Knowledge of German security regulations
• •Master's degree and security qualification
• •Understanding of cyber protection principles
• •Proficiency in MS Office and tools
• •Analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• •Willingness to travel frequently
• •Fluent German, English, and French

Tasks

• •Lead all security matters for people, property, and operations
• •Ensure compliance with German laws and security policies
• •Serve as the official Sicherheitsbevollmächtigter and Geheimschutzbeauftragter
• •Conduct risk, threat, and vulnerability analyses
• •Implement physical and organizational security measures
• •Manage crisis activities and enhance resilience processes
• •Supervise the security network across all German entities
• •Coordinate with the Group Security Department
• •Represent Germany in global security governance forums
• •Liaise with national authorities and key stakeholders
