Cost Manager / Cost Controller(m/w/x)

Description

As a Cost Manager for Sustainable Logistics, you will play a vital role in planning and developing innovative infrastructure projects. Your expertise in cost planning and monitoring will ensure projects are efficient and economically viable, driving the sustainable transformation of the logistics industry.

Requirements

• •Completed degree in engineering, construction management, or comparable field
• •Experience in commercial handling of infrastructure or large projects
• •Analytical skills for precise evaluation of costs, risks, and profitability
• •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint) and SAP
• •Experience with AVA software (e.g., iTWO 'RIB') is advantageous
• •Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
• •Completed technical degree in engineering or comparable field
• •Substantial experience in commercial handling of infrastructure projects
• •Strong analytical skills for evaluating cost and performance data
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and good knowledge of SAP
• •Experience with AVA software iTWO 'RIB' is a plus
• •Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)

Tasks

• •Create precise budget and cost plans for project decisions
• •Develop reliable cost estimates from feasibility to final verification
• •Conduct ongoing project cost analysis and plausibility checks
• •Update and monitor cost plans regularly, assessing changes
• •Implement necessary budget adjustments in coordination with project management
• •Prepare cost control reports and financial updates for management and stakeholders
• •Maintain a cost database and central cost library for future projects
• •Support funding applications and commercial reporting
• •Participate in construction and client meetings to align project requirements
