Requirements

  • •Bachelor, Master, MBA, PhD in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or comparable with good academic performance
  • •2-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field
  • •Experience in (e-)mobility sector or related industry with energy management is a plus
  • •Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, driving strategic initiatives, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in business case development and financial analysis
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior management and stakeholders
  • •Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • •Hands-on attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
  • •Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • •Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
